Marcella is Team Schwab's Licensed Listing Manager. She is an Oregon native who grew up in Oregon City and attended the University of Oregon, where she graduated with a BS in Psychology. She began working in real estate in July of 2016, choosing to join The Schwab Home Team because of its reputation, knowing the experience would enrich her opportunities in the field. Marcella’s goal is to make every client’s home buying or selling experience smooth, from the day they find or list their home until the day of closing. When Marcella is not busy working on real estate transactions, she enjoys taking advantage of all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, whether that is hiking with her German Shepherd, spending a day on the river, or checking out the myriad of vineyards and farms throughout the state.

Cameron Schwab - Licensed Oregon Broker

Over the years, Cameron has been revitalizing urban communities along the west coast. In his more recent commercial real estate experience in Silicon Valley, Cameron sourced and underwrote new investment deals, negotiated new land acquisitions / contracts / new partnerships / joint venture formations, managed forward planning with clients, strategized equity and debt placement, and coordinated land use entitlement and asset disposition.

Cameron currently lives just outside Portland, Oregon in Lake Oswego, and leads the commercial real estate brokerage division for Team Schwab with KW Commercial. Cameron is a licensed and practicing commercial real estate broker in the State of Oregon with Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere.
